Class Descriptions


 

Hatha Yoga – Beginner

A class for those with little or no yoga experience. Focus on basic postures, awareness of the breath and relaxation. Suitable for everyone.

 

Hatha Yoga – Mixed Level

A class offering modifications for students working at different levels. Suitable for everyone.

 

Hatha Yoga – Continuing

A class for students with previous yoga experience. We continue to explore asana, pranayama and pratyhara. Must have previous yoga experience.

 

Meditation/Relaxation

A class for those wishing to develop a regular meditation practice to help quiet the mind and relax the body. Suitable for everyone.

 

Restorative Yoga

 Restful yoga for the body and mind. The use of props to support the body in yoga postures promotes deep release, health and well-being. Suitable for everyone.

 

 

 

 

As a courtesy students may make up missed classes within the same session only (space permitting). The Restorative Yoga class cannot be used for make-up classes.
